T4T

Libero member had the pleasure to participate in international Training for Trainers that was held in Kladovo and lasted from 22nd of October till 30th of October. This training was held by NGO Osmeh from Belgrade and their partners supported by Youth in Action Program. Our member improved four out of eight key competences important for trainers in youth work. This T4T gave an insight of project backstage, teaching in non formal way how trainers should plan, deliver and share their knowledge with participants. Participation of this kind is just a start of Libero´s long tearm strategy made for its members that aims to provide possibilities to participate at non formal education activities at local, national and international level. In that way we hope that trainings like this one in Kladovo will improve their work on future Libero projetcs.
